Self Return Request

To request a return, either click on this link or visit our refund policy page.

Follow these steps to log in to your account:

1. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
2. Open the email sent from our store, locate the six-digit verification code, and copy it.
3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
4. Click on the specific order for which you want to initiate the return.
5. If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you wish to return.
6. Choose a return reason and provide any additional notes for the store.
7. Click "Request Return."

If your return request is approved and involves shipping, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping slip. Once the product is returned, you can expect to receive a refund.
