Recognizing that there may be occasions when you need to return an item, we extend a generous 30-day return policy, allowing ample time for you to determine your satisfaction with the purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Please retain all labels and have a receipt or proof of purchase available to facilitate a smooth return process.

If you meet these criteria, initiate the return process by contacting us at hej@almaandco.se. All returns must be sent to the following address: Vesterbrogade 41, 1, København V, 1620, Denmark. Remember that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping slip along with detailed instructions on where and how to return the item. It is crucial to follow these instructions meticulously to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will take necessary steps to rectify the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If uncertain about the eligibility of your item for return, contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend making a separate purchase.

For European Union customers, a 14-day cancellation period applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order within this timeframe. The item must remain unused, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging, with a proof of purchase available.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to complete the refund process.
